I use this belt to hold my pants up. It works 100% of the time. Plus it's really thick, for thick belt supremacy. Truthfully I've loved everything I've purchased from MTN HEAD.
This belt is very versatile. Because the leather is very good quality and the buckle is a neutral tone, it can be dressed up or dressed down. This is a staple that I think will last me a long time.
Worked my way thru the new "Airport Safe" hi-tech belt designs only to arrive back at this OG style offering from N&F. My hands/eyes aren't what they used to be, so I need something straightforward, with large, easy-to-see islelets, big metal parts and no fiddly little plastic clips and snaps.
A no-nonsense, old school accessory, it's also crafted from a beautiful hunk of hide, soft as silk but tough as nails. Colour's extraordinary as well; cured leather's difficult to photograph. Belts notoriously look nothing like their catalog pictures, but in this case I was delighted with the 'natural tan' finish. It's a pale & delicate colour just as shown here.
As an 'in-between' sized guy (31") my only request for "improvement" would be to offer half sizes. Otherwise, it's perfect!
